Forma was founded by Kini Akaka after twenty years of building and running operations teams. We help business leaders put AI to work: training, automation, and the remote teams to run it.
I started Forma because I had been on your side of the table. Twenty years of building and running operations teams taught me that the gap between how large enterprises operate and how growing businesses operate isn't a talent gap. It's an infrastructure gap.
The solutions that existed were either too expensive, too risky, or built for companies ten times your size. Growing businesses deserve better than that. That's been the whole point from day one.
What's changed is what's now possible. AI automation has made it faster and more cost-effective to build that infrastructure than it has ever been. Forma exists to deliver it.
